required for all sales. No exceptions.
TERMS:
All sales cash or certified check unless credit has been established.

PRICES:
All prices are F.O.B. the Nursery at Lavonia, Georgia. Prices are subject
to change without notice.
DELIVERY:
Plants can be shipped by our trucks or picked up at the Nursery. Please
call us for shipping costs.
WARRANTY:
We exercise extreme care and caution to keep our stock true to name. On
proper proof, we will replace all stock that may prove otherwise, or refund
the amount paid. We shall not be liable for any amount greater than the
original price paid.
No claim will be considered unless made in writing within ten days from
receipt of shipment.
